Trump said that the tariffs are being imposed because of the amount of fentanyl entering the U.S. through Canada. What happens if immediately Canada goes, America has a point. Let's spend a billion dollars to put a quick stop to this fentanyl problem.
What then? Will Trump take them at their word and drop the tariffs? Will he commend Canada on their efforts and slowly lower the tariffs to zero when, say, the amount of fentanyl entering the U.S. reaches a reasonable number like 1%.
I doubt it. I believe Canada doubts it.
Trump has his art of changing the deal. Remember when he wouldn't give money (He, the Commander of the shadow government) for Ukraine unless they had new border laws.
So Biden and congress put together the -best we'll ever get- border package, and Trump said...No,no no, I need the border not to be protected so I can run on it.
What did Lando Calrissian state to Darth Vader? But that wasn't part of the deal.
To which Vader said, Be thankful I don't change it any further.
That's Trump. The deal is: he's taking Canada and Mexico over: Conquering them into submission.
America has just declared war on our closet allies.
